If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased through CeaseFyre.
InterpretationThe words throughout this policy have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CeaseFyre LLC.
- Items refer to the goods/items offered for sale on the website.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase items from us.
- Website refers to CeaseFyre, accessible from http://www.ceasefyre.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using our services, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation RightsYou are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. After the 24-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by emailing us at email@example.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which you’ve placed the original order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for ReturnsIn order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The items were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The items are unused, unworn and in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase will need to be presented
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Any final sale items or discontinued items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been damaged outside of a clear manufacturing defect
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law. If the item is part of a group discount, the item will be refunded for the amortized value of the group deal.
Damages and IssuesIt is recommended that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is showing clear signs of manufacturing defect or damage of any kind, or if you received the wrong item so that we can exchange or refund you accordingly. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of defective, damaged, or incorrect item and we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Returning GoodsYou are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us and we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the original cost of the item excluding the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
GiftsIf the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the original buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the original buyer.
