You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us, and we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the original cost of the item excluding the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
